My passion for food starts early in my childhood,after succesfully finishing my
apprenticeship i left germany and start to work all over Europe to build up my skills .

From Switzerland,Austria,Jersey,channel island,Spain to Vernon,Bc,Canada i collect
experience in small and big Hotels or Restaurant, from classic to fine dinning,also i
perfection my pastry skills.

My philosophy is less is more,local,from scratch no convince products, home made.

2018 i start my buisnes wehre i provide private Dinner,Buffets,Buissness brakes and
bake cakes for any occasions.From 2020-22 i switched my buisness to home delivery
for sourdough bread,buns,cakes and sweets.
But here i am, back in buisnes and looking forward to give you a amazing experince
from Savory to sweet from small catering to private dinner.
